Returns / Refunds / Exchanges Adornamenti will be glad to accommodate returns, refund or exchanges within (14) days of shipment date. Merchandise must be returned (& insured) in it's original condition & packaging. Shipping insurance and handling fees are not refundable unless the item has defective craftsmanship. Shipping insurance is included with every order and is mandatory. Adornamenti is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in shipment. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. Any differential in cost of item for exchange will be applied at that time (credit or debit). Additional charges must be paid for through Paypal prior to shipment of the replacement item. You will not be charged for the item until it is ready to ship. Adornamenti is not responsible for item(s) lost or stolen during shipping, therefore all the shipping rates (listed below) include Shipping Insurance.
